Airing Monday through Friday at 8:00 AM and 12:00 Noon, this program highlights local events, initiatives, church activities, and civic opportunities, ensuring our listeners stay connected to what matters most in our community.

Guidelines for Submission

By focusing on these efforts, we aim to provide a platform for those who serve others selflessly.
Eligibility: Submissions should highlight community-focused initiatives such as events, fundraisers, public services, or awareness campaigns. Our goal is to promote activities that create meaningful connections and bring value to Richmond County residents. Please ensure your submission aligns with this community-driven spirit.
Content Standards: All messages should remain respectful, inclusive, and free from commercial, political endorsements, or private event promotions. We strive to maintain a welcoming space that reflects the shared values of our listeners. This ensures that the content we broadcast remains suitable and relevant to our diverse audience.
Word Limit: Messages should be clear and concise, typically no longer than 75-100 words, to allow airtime for as many announcements as possible. Keeping submissions brief also helps listeners easily absorb key details without feeling overwhelmed by information.
Submission Deadline: Announcements from non-profits should be submitted at least 14 days in advance to ensure adequate review and scheduling. This advance notice allows us to coordinate your message effectively within our programming schedule.
Required Details: Include your organization's name, mission (if applicable), event name, date, time, location, and a brief description. Contact information should also be provided for listener inquiries. Providing these details ensures that your message is complete, informative, and ready to engage our audience.
Review: WAYN appreciates every submission we receive, but we do reserve the right to review and decide which announcements are best suited for broadcast. While we strive to include as many announcements as possible, certain factors such as timing and content may influence our decision.
